The LSS conducts regular monthly meetings, participates in faculty council, and oversees student participation on committees struck by the LSS council and in officially ratified clubs or societies.  In order to make the decision-making process as transparent as possible, the LSS keeps records of meeting minutes, and a formal constitution with regulations is maintained and adhered to.
